We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was great, with the rooms and facilities being kept super clean. The hotel had excellent facilities for families, including a swimming pool, playrooms, and a playground. We were also impressed with the parking availability and the convenient transportation options. The hotel's location in a peaceful and scenic area added to the overall charm. The staff were friendly, accommodating, and always ready to assist with any request. The breakfast spread was delicious and had a variety of options to choose from. it was a wonderful experience.

The location of the hotel was perfect for a peaceful getaway, surrounded by beautiful nature and the sound of waterfalls. the rooms were clean and comfortable, with stunning views of the high peaks. the excellent breakfast and varied menu catered to both adults and kids. the hotel provided convenient facilities such as Kinderwagen and E-bikes for exploring the surroundings.
The limited contact that the kids had with the animals. They were expecting to interact and help take care of them, but the animals were always seen from behind enclosures.

I had an incredible stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The service provided by the staff was exceptional, and they were always ready to assist with any request I had. The food at the hotel's restaurant was absolutely delicious, especially the "grill-abend" which was a highlight of my stay. The hotel is well-equipped for families, with amenities such as Kinderwagen and Kindertrage Rucksack, as well as E-Bikes that I used to explore the surrounding areas. The beautiful landscape, with waterfalls and stunning peaks, provided a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere.
I highly recommend this hotel.

The best thing about our stay was how great the staff was. They were so kind and helpful, always ready to assist with anything we needed. The food was also excellent, especially the grill night where we had an amazing meal. The location was perfect for us, it was quiet and peaceful, surrounded by beautiful nature. We loved the sound of the waterfalls and the stunning mountain views. One more advantage was the availability of various equipment for hiking and skiing, which provided us with many opportunities for fun-filled holidays.
One thing that disappointed us was the lack of interaction with the animals. We were hoping for more contact, but the kids only saw the animals from behind enclosures.

Great for families and nature lovers. the location was perfect for a relaxed holiday with stunning views. We enjoyed the hiking and biking equipment that was available to us. the staff were friendly and helpful, providing us with all our needs.
The place was very remote from the ski lifts, which were quite a distance away. the animals that were promised to be a highlight of the experience were kept behind enclosures, which disappointed our children.
